This flexibility together with a laminating accuracy of plus or minus 0.25mm makes these machines among the best on the market. They are capable of meeting a wide range of laminating applications and can be used with both warm and cold glues.

Automatic Litho Laminating Machinery
The automatic version of the machine is supplied with feeders for the base materials and for the prints. It has a working width of up to 1450mm, while the speed of each module is centrally controlled by a frequency inverter control. This means adjustments of individual modules are not required.

Both the laminating station and the print feeder are equipped with left and right register controls to maintain the 25mm (+ or -) accuracy that Tunkers laminating machinery is known for. The automatic laminator works best in combination with the UAM or Foward Gluers.

Options for the automatic laminator include the possibility of increasing the working height so that a maximum pile height of 1530mm can be achieved.
