Clarity Packaging Systems offers a complete range of litho laminators, manufactured by Tunkers. These machines are among the most highly specified on the market, and provide the greatest accuracy – to plus or minus 0.25mm.

Tunkers litho laminators are modular in construction, which means they can extended into a fully automatic, non-stop laminator.

Automatic and Semi-Automatic Laminators
The Automatic and semi-automatic Tunkers sheet laminators are designed primarily for board, corrugated and similar applications. They come with height adjustable infeed rolls and pneumatically suspended pressure rolls. These litho laminators can handle print weights of up to 800 gsm and runs at speeds of up to 2,800 sheets/hour.

High Speed Laminating Machinery
The Tunkers high speed laminating machine is designed to give effective lamination of corrugated board, carton board and similar applications in single and double face, with a minimum weight of 100 gsm. Output speeds are up to 8,000 sheets/hour, making this truly one of the highest speed litho-laminators on the market.
